Is it possible for you to drop a size in footwear?

I understand that your foot size can’t get smaller, but if you have chubby feet, and you exercise a lot so you are losing weight, is it possible to lose weight on your foot? Like around the sides, and if it is possible, can you drop a size in footwear like that?

if your feet are chubby they definetly can shrink in size (meaning width and height) But the length I believe cannot get shorter!

Yes, it’s possible, although you would have to be very overweight and lose quite a bit of weight to change your shoe size.

The Japanese took pride in their small feet. They would stay thin but healthy, and tightly wrap their feet in cloth. It would reduce their shoe size slowly, but surely. Also dieting and staying off your feet will reduce the size as well.

Yes, if you lose weight, your feet would shrink. They can also shrink if you start to get older.

No, not really. Unless “Chubby” Means ridiculously, severely obese. P.S. Someone brought up Foot wrapping, dont do it, bad idea, will screw up your feet and ability to walk.
